You are always in control of this
An administrator decides which users can use each AI feature, and can switch any of them off entirely for the whole company or for individual people. Usage and cost are visible in the portal as they accrue — there is no surprise at the end of the month.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no card needed, and nothing to cancel if you decide against it. The trial includes up to 10 users, 10 GB of storage, and ₹100 of AI credit so you can try recording, transcription and automatic minutes on real meetings rather than taking our word for it.
If you need longer to roll out across your team, ask us — we would rather extend your trial than have you decide too early.
Common questions
Do I pay for every employee?
You pay for the people you give an account to. Add or remove users from the portal at any time.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. All prices exclude GST, which is added as applicable.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted straight away. Your account moves to a grace period, then to a read-only month where you can still sign in and read everything while you decide. We tell you at each step.
Can I move my data out?
Yes. Your mail stays in your own mail accounts, and meeting minutes and transcripts are emailed to the organiser after every call, so you keep a copy independently of us.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No minimum. Individuals and single-person businesses are welcome.
