Guests join from a browser
Email a link and the other person is in the call. No account, no download, no “please install our app first”. Links expire, and you can revoke one at any time.
It keeps working offline
Lost signal in a lift or on the train? You can still read your conversations, and anything you type is queued and sent the moment you are back online.

Meetings and chats, filed as records
When a recorded call ends, the call owner can file it: the recording, the transcript and the minutes become one record in the Mailastrix Records vault, next to the email thread it belongs to. A group or 1:1 conversation can be filed over a date range in the same way.
- Same vault, same Collection → Workspace → Folder → Subfolder structure as Email
- The AI proposes the destination from what was discussed; you confirm
