About Mailastrix

We build communication software for teams — email, chat, calls, and meeting notes that write themselves.

What we make

Mailastrix started because meetings kept producing decisions that nobody wrote down. We built a chat and calling app that records, transcribes and writes up its own meetings, then a mail client to sit beside it, and a portal so an administrator can run the whole thing for a team.

Everything runs on our own infrastructure, and the apps are native on Windows and Android rather than a browser tab pretending to be an app.

How we operate

Mailastrix is run from Pune, Maharashtra, India by Riya Nerurkar and Suresh Pawar.

We are a small team, which has one advantage worth mentioning: when you write to us, the person who reads it is the person who builds the software.
