Inboxes are where important mail goes to get lost. Records gives every email a proper home in a vault organised the way your business works — Collection, Workspace, Folder, Subfolder — and the AI tells you where each message belongs.
- A suggestion on every message — the filing card reads the mail and proposes the destination; you confirm, change it, or dismiss
- One message or the whole thread — file a conversation in one go, and see what is already filed at that location before you do
- The vault keeps its own copy — a filed record still opens, with attachments, after the original is archived or deleted from the mailbox

Say the wake word, or press the mic, and speak the way you normally would. Astra understands mixed speech — “inbox kholo”, “open the Sarvam mail”, “शेवटचा मेल वाच” — and replies in the language you used.

What Astra will not do
- Send, delete, move or mark as spam without asking you first and hearing a yes
- Keep your audio — clips are transcribed and discarded, and never appear in logs
- Listen to the cloud for the wake word — “Hey Astra” is detected on your device
- Act on something it did not understand — it tells you, rather than guessing
Switched on by your admin, controlled by you
The voice assistant is a feature your administrator enables per user in the portal. On your own device you choose whether the wake word listens at all, whether Astra may send mail by voice, and which language it speaks. Speech recognition is metered per audio minute like meeting transcription; the wake word costs nothing.
Calendar and contacts, in the same app
The meeting your mail is arranging goes straight into your calendar, and the people you write to are already there when you start typing.

Why it matters
Most of the work that comes out of email is a date or a person. Keeping the calendar and the directory in the same app means neither needs re-typing, and nothing gets lost in the gap between two programs.

Getting in

Stored on your device

What we do not claim
Mailastrix does not offer end-to-end encrypted mail or chat. Your messages are encrypted in transit and your stored credentials are encrypted at rest, but we can technically access content held on our servers in order to provide the AI features you switch on.
The encrypted offline cache is a Windows feature today. On Android the local cache is not yet encrypted, so rely on your device lock there. If end-to-end encryption is a requirement for you, tell us — it is a decision we would rather make with a real customer than guess at.
