AI meeting intelligence

Nobody has to take notes again

Turn on recording and Mailastrix does the rest — transcribes the call, writes the minutes, pulls out who agreed to do what, and emails the whole thing to whoever started the meeting.

How it works

Step 1

Record the call

Start recording from the call window. Everyone in the call can see that recording is on.

Step 2

It gets transcribed

The audio is transcribed with timestamps, so every line can be traced back to the moment it was said.

Step 3

Minutes are written

A summary, the decisions, the action items, and a topic-by-topic breakdown — each with the time it came up.

Step 4

It lands in your inbox

The organiser gets the minutes in the email body with the full transcript attached. No one has to go looking.

Then you can actually use it

A recording you never open is worth nothing. These are the things that make the record useful afterwards.

  • Action items become trackable — pulled out of the minutes as items, not buried in prose
  • Search across meetings — find where something was discussed, not just within one call
  • Ask a question — get an answer with citations pointing back into the transcript
  • Live captions — during the call, not only afterwards

Ten Indian languages, named

Meetings here are rarely in one language. Transcription handles Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi — or set it to auto-detect and it works out which is being spoken.

The minutes come back in the language the meeting was actually held in — not translated into English unless you want that.

You pay per use

Recording, transcription, minutes and AI assistance are metered separately, and can be switched on per person from the portal. Nobody is billed for a feature their account never had.
